From Denver International Airport (toll route):
The toll route is generally faster, especially during rush
hour traffic. The route goes through 3 toll booths (total cost
$6.50*).
- Take Pena Blvd. south out of the airport.
- Take the E-470 N exit, exit number 6B.
- Travel north and west on E-470, passing through 2 toll booths.
- E-470 turns into the Northwest Parkway which has 1 toll booth.
- Take the StorageTek/Interlocken exit to US-36 W.
- Merge onto Foothills Pkwy. (first Boulder exit).
- Take the Pearl Street ramp.
- Turn right onto Pearl Pkwy.
- Turn right at 49th Street.
- Turn left onto Pearl East Circle.
- 4940 is the building on the right at the roundabout.
Total estimated time: 45 minutes

Alternate Route from Denver International Airport:
- Take Pena Blvd. south out of the airport (approx. 10 miles).
- Merge onto I-70 W. (approx. 5.2 miles).
- Take the I-270 N exit, exit number 279, towards Ft. Collins (5.5 miles).
- Take the US-36 W exit on the left towards Boulder (17.3 miles).
- Merge onto Foothills Pkwy. (first Boulder exit). (2.5 miles).
- Take the Pearl Street ramp.
- Turn right onto Pearl Pkwy.
- Turn right at 49th Street.
- Turn left onto Pearl East Circle.
- 4940 is the building on the right at the roundabout.
